Er bietet eine kompakte Einführung in den Ansatz von Christina Kessler.

Ablauf und Inhalte
Aufgebaut nach dem Vorbild eines Rite de passage, eines Übergangsrituals, führt der Essenzkurs direkt zur Anbindung an die Lebensintelligenz.
Der Prozess beginnt mit dem Sprengen der Fesseln, die dich in der chronischen Außenorientierung und Fremdbestimmung festhalten. Erst dann kannst du die Schwelle zum Innenraum überschreiten.
Indigene Kulturen verstehen Schwellen als Gefahrenzonen, als undefinierte Zwischenzustände, die nicht individuell bewältigt werden können, sondern nur durch strikte Einhaltung unsichtbarer Wegweiser und in Begleitung eines Mentors. Sobald es dir gelingt, dich auf die Regeln des Zwischenraums einzulassen und dich in das „Unbegreifliche“ fallen zu lassen, öffnet sich – in dir – das Tor zur universalen Lebensintelligenz. Du erfährst eine ekstatische Rückverbindung, deren Kraft dich über dein persönliches Ich hinauswachsen lässt – in deine wahre, grenzenlose Präsenz.
In der darauf folgenden Integrationsphase will die neue Identität und die Weite ihrer Möglichkeiten angenommen werden. Du lernst, was der neue Bewusstseinszustand im Alltag an Schutz und Pflege braucht und wie du ihn in deinem Leben verankerst.

Methoden
Der Kompass, der dir diese Reise ermöglicht, ist der “Universelle Prozess” (UP), der sich auch in den typischen Phasen des Rite de Passage widerspiegelt.
Anhand von geführten Meditationen, zwei Kessler Breathwork-Sessions, Encounter-Übungen, Inquiries und im Austausch mit der Gruppe bearbeitest du deine mitgebrachten Themen.
Ziel: Lebenskompetenz
Der UP führt zur intuitiven Einsicht in die inneren Zusammenhänge der Wirklichkeit und als logische Konsequenz zu außerordentlicher Entscheidungs- und Handlungskompetenz. Er führt zur bewussten, kreativen Teilnahme am Ganzen. Jenseits von Kulturen, Konfessionen und Ideologien führt er in einen ungezähmten Geist und ein wildes Herz.
